As with any exercise program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety by following the Fitness Routine programs. Any form of exercise can cause injuries if the exercises are performed incorrectly, and Fitness Routine programs are no exception. You may become injured doing the exercises in this program, especially if they are performed incorrectly and/or with poor form. Although instruction is included for each exercise, realize that the Fitness Routine programs (like any other exercise programs) do involve a risk of injury. Any recurring membership plan is charged before starting your program and will auto-renew each month until canceled. You can cancel auto-renewal 7 days before your next billing cycle either online or by emailing us. For more information on cancellations and refund policy, see our Terms & Conditions page. It is still important to realize that Fitness Routine cannot guarantee your results with any plan or program, however, we will provide a refund within the guidelines provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
