  • How long will it take to get my fitness program after my purchase?
    A general fitness program is available in our app after your purchase in the event you want to start exercising immediately. However, since each client's program is tailored specifically to their needs using the information gathered from their questionnaire, it typically takes a few days for everything to be reviewed, customized, and uploaded. We aim to customize, complete, and update all new client programs within 1-3 business days after a client's forms are completed and submitted. In some cases, if a client has highly specific needs or conditions, it may take longer. If this happens, we will communicate the delay. In the meantime, we recommend that clients follow the outlined step-by-step plan, explore the course curriculum, and get started with the general fitness program while waiting for their customized program to be uploaded.
  • How will the Start Strong Program teach me to perform the exercises correctly?
    Each workout includes HD video demos with cues for proper form. You can also message your coach any time for guidance, take videos of yourself and send them in for review, or book a virtual coaching call to go over specific movements.

Any form of exercise can cause injuries if the exercises are performed incorrectly, and Fitness Routine programs are no exception. You may become injured doing the exercises in this program, especially if they are performed incorrectly and/or with poor form. Although instruction is included for each exercise, realize that the Fitness Routine programs (like any other exercise programs) do involve a risk of injury. Any recurring membership plan is charged before starting your program and will auto-renew each month until canceled.
